The great success that Fokker achieved with its F27 model encouraged the Dutch manufacturer to go one step further. In this way, in Apr1962 the new project was announced: The F28 Fellowship.
On the occasion of the 57th anniversary of the prototype´s first flight, -May 9, 1967-, we glad to invite you to the launch of this new Blog fokkerfellowship28.blogspot.com, dedicated absolutely to the Fellowship.
We invite all those who are passionate about this small Dutch colossus to share their experiences, photographs, or information in this space. The site is under development, and we hope all readers will like it.

Still in service

The Fokker F-28 Mk.4000 T-51 of the Argentine Air Force (cn.11203) flew again. Last 04Sep2024 flew from El Palomar Air Base to Tandil, - Buenos Aires.  On Thursday 05Sep2024 it was seen in service at the Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires. The T-51 had last flown on 25May2024. This is the last Fokker F-28 in service worldwide!

Seen Mar2014 on overhaul. Seen in service at Moron Aug2014, sis Aug2015, repo flying pure military only by Aug2018. Special red tail with 11 Escuadron emblem 2019. Wfu 16Aug2019 a bit early due to technical problems. Wfu 29Aug2019. Repo Jan2021 being refurbished at El Palomar for reentering service. In service 2021, 2022 and Nov2023. Seen in service 21Dec2023, operating cLADE Flight Aeroparque – Bahía Blanca- San Carlos de Bariloche – Mar del Plata – Aeroparque. Currently receives some parts of TC-52 (11074) and is espected to fly again in October.
