Never delivered #10

    Observed at Woensdrecht on 31 March 1982 during its final stages of construction, painted in Air Volta colours. This aircraft was cn 11163, a Fokker F-28 Mk.3000 that first flew on 13 October 1980 with the registration PH-EXW and on 13 January 1981 was re-registered PH-ZBJ. It was not delivered to Air Volta and was sold to Empire Airlines on 23 January 1984 (N163PM).

Air Volta acquired Fokker F-28 Mk.4000 cn 11185, originally ordered by Empire Airlines and not taken (N112UR). Delivered to Air Volta on 29 Jan 1983 with the registration XT-FZP.
